Bed removed and just about ready for the notch

The factory bump stop bracket is removed

Here the C reinforcement is welded up using heavy plate

The bottom of the C is now welded into place

This notch will not require the bed to be cut out, but will still lay frame

The lower brackets are made then welded into place.

Upper brackets are made then welded up. Notice the notch in the Crossmember, this will be boxed in to maintain strength.
